These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Windsor Concerts website, ticket purchases, memberships, and participation in our events.
1. About Windsor Concerts
Windsor Concerts presents concerts, educational programs, and cultural events throughout Windsor and Essex County.
2. Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled.
Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded except where required by law.
Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.
3. Memberships
Memberships are valid for the season or term stated at the time of purchase.
Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Windsor Concerts.
Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unused concert admissions expire at the end of the membership period.
4. Event Changes
We reserve the right to:
Change artists, programs, venues, or schedules.
Postpone or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control.
Substitute performers when necessary.
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified regarding refund or credit options.
5. Photography & Video
By attending our events, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in promotional material, please notify event staff before the performance.
6. Audience Conduct
Guests are expected to:
Respect performers and fellow audience members.
Silence mobile devices during performances.
Follow venue policies.
Leave the venue if requested due to disruptive behaviour.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, and written materials are the property of Windsor Concerts unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
8. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Interfere with website security or functionality.
9. Limitation of Liability
Windsor Concerts is not responsible for:
Personal belongings lost or damaged at events.
Delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Technical issues affecting third-party ticketing platforms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
